We handle corrugated polypropylene profile board in almost every thickness from 2MM - 25MM, and in varying densities.

Extruded profile board is superior to laminated plastic, which is a method originally used by paper box makers that have tried to evolve into plastics. Where ours is made all at once, lamination requires three pieces (2 skins and the core) to be adhered together.

All of these boards are available in over 14 different color options.

Sterilization methods used today in the medical industry make it impractical, if not impossible, to use paper products. If a paper box is exposed to any kind of moisture, it absorbs it. That leads to structural failures, mold, and mixed with the glue used in the lamination process, a delicious treat for critters. Plastic handles moisture, chemicals, sterilization, and doesn't shed fiber dust.

We laminate a wide variety of material to our fluted and trilaminate boards, providing protection for class "A" parts.

With an ever-growing concern for our planet, consumers are constantly moving away from paper products. While paper is often promoted as recyclable, or made of post-consumer waste, the reality of paper recycling is a very dirty, inefficient and energy-guzzling process. Additionally, paper is typically 1 time use. Plastic is sturdier to begin with, and will last several years and hundreds of cycles. At the end of life, it can be easily extruded again or incinerated for clean, efficient energy!

Depending upon your application, we have many additives to help your product perform its best! Flame retardant, anti-static, ESD, corrosion inhibitor, clarifier and UV inhibitor to name a few.

Unlike polyethylene, polypropylene accepts ink very well, making it the better choice of substrate. Whether it's our fluted or trilaminate materials, we can print just about anything to truly make your project yours. We offer Flexo and digital capabilities to help you best represent your brand.
